As Vice-President, CCO, Małgorzata Marcinkowska is responsible for managing the full spectrum of customer relationships at Synerise. Acting as a client advocate, she will help to initiate, implement and evaluate solutions from the client’s perspective. Based on customer input, industry standards and best practices, she will provide recommendations and, together with the team, will work on modifications of current processes to ensure the delivery of the best possible customer experiences.
At Oriflame, her main focus was defining and implementing global strategies, processes, systems and tools in the area of customer data analytics, CRM and digital marketing.
She was a member of the Digital Steering Committee, setting the vision and building the foundations for a global digital transformation of the company. Apart from the experience gained as global leader at Oriflame, Ms. Marcinkowska brings to Synerise over 15 years of experience, gained by working for leaders in the telecommunications, IT, FMCG and consulting industries.
She has managed areas such as marketing, business development and customer experience, both in B2B and B2C industries. She led various marketing and sales projects at the local and regional levels, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge about the mechanisms and dynamics of change management in large organizations.
Małgorzata is passionate about modern marketing and advertising solutions and technologies. Using and testing those technologies for many years, she has observed how they have helped businesses to change the way they build brands and deliver personalized and valuable customer experiences.
